Return & Refund Policy

At Haidern.co, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love every product you receive from us. However, if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.

You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • The item you received is not as described or missing parts.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that all accessories, tags, and items included in the box are returned as well.

To start a return, simply contact us through WhatsApp/Call at 0332-1536648 or email us at haidernco12@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, our team will guide you through the process and provide the necessary return address details.

After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed. The refund will be issued via your original payment method or as store credit — whichever you prefer. Please note that delivery charges (Rs. 200) are non-refundable.

If the return request does not meet our eligibility criteria, the product will be sent back to you at your expense.
